RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

We have the right to establish the necessary mechanisms for granting, maintaining, extending, reducing, suspending and withdrawing registration to the CAB applicants considering the compliance of standards, procedures, criteria and guidelines for Assessment of Conformity.

We are responsible for hiring qualified personnel in accordance with the description and job profile, developing the participation of human capital, achieving the satisfaction of the needs and expectations of interested parties.

We have the ability to provide a service with a fair and non-discrimination for all customers, internal staff, suppliers or any other related person; providing a service that is impartial, ethical and responsible manner, avoiding any discrimination.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE THE PROCESS OF ASSESSMENT IN ANY OF ITS STAGES OR REJECT, SUSPEND AND/OR TERMINATE THE REGISTRATION, IN CASES WHEN YOU HAVE EVIDENCE OF:

The customer and/or applicant has engaged in acts or conduct that is unlawful, in tort law, regulations, regulations established by the Government apply; corruption; malicious acts against us, the moral and ethical principles inherent to their legal status, and other acts which in the opinion put at risk or may put at risk the credibility and image of us, and provisions referred to in the contract for the provision of services.

The information provided for the process of assessment and accreditation is false or good, is hiding information or there is evidence of fraudulent behavior. Such a disruption to the process of assessment will last until they are clarified the grievances, being the event to be confirmed, we will terminate the process of assessment, and in the case of a borrower, you may make the cancellation of the registration.

OUR OBLIGATIONS

We have main function of providing the services of registration in accordance with official norms, standards, and applicable international standards.

In the event that grant registration to a CAB, agrees to grant the use of the symbol of registration for the duration of the term of accreditation in both that it is not suspended or cancelled.

We are not responsible for, and have the obligation to protect the information of all of their staff, customers with total security and confidential.

We have the obligation and we are committed to respecting at all times, the participation of stakeholders in the registration, through participation, meetings, working groups, where they exchange information relating to registration.

OBLIGATIONS OF CAB

  • To comply on a continuous basis to all of the provisions set out in the accreditation requirements, such as standards, procedures and criteria related, established by us and to adapt to changes as they occur.
  • To comply continuously with the maintenance plan of the registration.
  • Comply with for updates and additional requirements that we may establish, within the area covered by the scope of accreditation granted.
  • Cooperate when necessary, to enable us to verify the compliance of the requirements of accreditation
  • Provide timely access to personnel, locations, facilities, locations, information, documents and records that are necessary to verify compliance with the requirements for accreditation under accreditations with other accreditation bodies.
  • When required, to provide the accommodation, transportation and co-operation necessary to persons duly authorized by us, to verify compliance with the requirements for accreditation and maintenance activities of this.
  • Provide, where appropriate, the access to those documents in order to understand the level of independence and impartiality.
  • Accept the assessments of surveillance, renewal, extraordinary and follow-up, in the situations referred to in the procedures of us, and, in general, in situations where it is necessary to verify continued compliance with the accreditation requirements, even in cases of suspension, withdrawal, reduction or expiration of the established time in the evaluation process.
  • Maintain documentation related to the reports issued in the scope of the Accreditation for a period of 5 years, unless required a longer period by legal provisions.
  • To assist in the investigation and resolution of any complaint filed against it and related to registration.
  • Retain records of complaints that you may have with respect to competition in the services covered by the scope, as well as of the actions taken.
  • Available when appropriate, agreements legally enforceable (for example, contracts with its customers that commit to these, when required, to provide access to the assessment team, for us to evaluate the performance of activities of conformity assessment at the client’s site.
  • Provide, in time and manner as appropriate, of the documentation requested to the maintenance and verification of compliance with the requirements of the accreditation.
  • Encourage the use of the certificate of accreditation as a means to increase overall confidence.
  • Do not use the accreditation in a manner that would disparage and to refrain from any activity that would harm the credibility and reputation.
  • Demonstrate that they are maintaining the technical expertise for the conduct of its activities accredited.
  • To declare to be accredited only in respect of the scope for which it has been granted the accreditation and does not make any misleading or unauthorized respects to their accreditation.
  • Use the symbol of accreditation and the statements of the status of accredited for the specific activities covered in the scope of its accreditation.
  • To comply with the criteria, policies, and regulations issued by us in connection with the use of the symbol of registration, including the requirements for their reproduction, and the requirements for any reference to accreditation.
  • Do not allow your badge to be used, whether in contract documents or in advertising, or other, or reference is made to imply that a product, process, service, management system, or person is approved by us.
  • Report to the person who so requests, the exact scope of its accreditation, including, if applicable, to the suspended activities
  • Inform their affected customers regarding the suspension, reduction or withdrawal of its accreditation and the consequences associated with it, without undue delay.
  • Immediately terminate the use of any advertisement that contains any reference to the condition of accreditation, when it is suspended or withdrawn the same.
